Responsibilities
- Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage attachments (child support, levies)
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage new hire onboarding and tax form documentation
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 forms
- Collaborate with HR on benefits deductions and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to complete 4-week paid training program
- Pass background check and drug screening
