Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for international stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during overnight operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for cross-border transactions
- Collaborate with APAC/Europe teams during their business hours
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation for night shift operations
- Lead month-end closing processes with minimal disruption to daytime teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift or global finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel VBA
- Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP standards
- Proven experience with multi-currency transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously during overnight hours
