Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes for 24/7 operational efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and budgeting
- Implement process improvements for night-shift accounting workflows
- Lead special projects including tax preparation assistance and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks/SAP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
