Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly audits.
- Maintain and update the general ledger for weekend transactions.
- Process payroll for weekend staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
