Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes during night shift hours
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation in accounting systems
- Support year-end audits and tax preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Proven night shift or alternative schedule flexibility
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
