Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable with high precision.
- Process payroll and manage complex tax filings.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review and audit journal entries for compliance and accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software to generate detailed reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (required).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
