- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate monthly financial reports and tax documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with day-team finance professionals via handover protocols
- Implement continuous improvement processes for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in remote settings
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates <0.5%
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
