Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes with precision.
- Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process and audit payroll entries for the night shift team.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shift hours (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
