Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing for the night team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, general ledgers, and trial balances.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with a focus on error reduction.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and functions).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (Evenings/Midnights).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
