Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processing
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Process payroll and tax filings accurately
- Maintain digital financial records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Implement internal controls for financial integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- QuickBooks Pro/Premier certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail with error prevention focus
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
