Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple client accounts
- Generate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor payment processing
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and specialized accounting software for data management
- Prepare sales tax filings and assist with quarterly/annual audits
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent attention to detail with 10-key and numerical accuracy
