In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring our clients' books are up to date during our evening operations.

Responsibilities
- Accounts Management: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for night shift staff.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger and ensure all journal entries are recorded correctly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Communication: Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve discrepancies and transfer files.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Pro, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or equivalent professional certification (CPA, CMA, or Bookkeeping Certificate).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
