Responsibilities
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Accounts Management: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently during evening hours.
- Payroll Oversight: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for the upcoming week.
- Reporting: Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Compliance: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for tax documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (evening hours).
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
