Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment discrepancies
- Coordinate weekend payment runs and ACH/wire transfers
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve payment escalations
- Maintain digital filing systems and audit trails
- Analyze payment trends and optimize processing workflows
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
