Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume accounts payable and receivable reconciliation daily.
- Manage and process payroll for a diverse client base during night hours.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with internal ledgers.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding account status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to work independently and accurately during night shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or CPA preferred.
