Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation for multi-currency transactions
- Process payroll and vendor payments during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams across global time zones
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and international standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience in UK finance
- Proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks and Excel Advanced
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent qualification
- Proven night shift or flexible schedule experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
