Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledgers.
- Process and verify payroll for the night operations team.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and trial balances.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Pro, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
