Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll entries with precision.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the year-end audit process as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Bookkeeper (CPA/CPA-eligible) preferred.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (Night Shift required).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
