Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews to ensure data integrity.
- Process payroll for the night team using [Software Name] or similar platforms.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and document organization.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience, with night shift experience highly valued.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
