Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries for the night cycle.
- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist with payroll data entry for the night shift workforce.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
