Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction entry and data management
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with day-team finance professionals for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-location financial systems preferred
- CPA certification or equivalent coursework a plus
