Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts daily
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain digital and physical financial documentation systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Implement internal controls for financial security
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance standards
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
