Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
