Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Process payroll for night operations staff, ensuring all deductions and taxes are calculated correctly.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documentation and audit schedules.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
