Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Process payroll and manage tax compliance documentation
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Support month-end closing processes with precision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for transaction processing
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
