Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll entries
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines during night shifts
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
