Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and expense reports with strict attention to detail
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals during night-shift handovers
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for real-time financial tracking
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional accuracy in numerical data handling
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
