Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations nightly
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical skills with zero tolerance for errors
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Night shift availability essential (10 PM - 6 AM)
