Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll during evening shifts
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software efficiently
- Communicate with external stakeholders during off-business hours
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
