Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ clients, including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with narrative insights
- Lead tax compliance processes for S-Corps and partnerships, ensuring IRS/State filings accuracy
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online/Enterprise systems for client efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to strengthen financial controls
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining 100% client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA license required
- 3+ years public/private accounting experience with Arizona tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and QuickBooks mastery
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship management
