Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable
- Process payroll and tax filings with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Generate monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage vendor invoicing and payment cycles
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
- Night shift availability (5 PM - 1 PM MST)
