Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping data entry.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is required).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
