Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize accounting documentation.
- Cross-train with the finance team to support year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
