Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Enterprise platform
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits deductions
- Prepare and reconcile quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to learn complex HRIS systems through training
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Willingness to obtain CPP certification upon completion of training
