Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume daily transactions during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance accuracy standards
- Prepare and distribute month-end financial statements before daily operations begin
- Implement robust internal controls for after-hours financial processes
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones for seamless handoffs
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations during off-peak processing
- Lead system upgrades and process optimization during low-activity periods
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity systems
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP financial modules
- Expertise in month-end closing procedures and bank reconciliations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation required
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% transaction accuracy history
- Experience with night shift or remote financial operations preferred
