Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll for night shift operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely payments
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax season
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
