Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions during night shift
- Generate financial reports and statements for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with day-time accounting team for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Proven track record of meeting financial deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., AIPB) preferred
