- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate with international teams for seamless financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and NYC financial regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for advanced financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and NYC tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
