Responsibilities
- Accurately process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts daily
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports for management
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
