Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial record accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain employee financial records
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding payments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Friday
