- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions nightly, including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with international teams across US/UK time zones for cross-border payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems with nightly reporting deadlines
- Optimize payment workflows to ensure 98%+ on-time vendor payments
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with international payment processing and currency conversions
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
