Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage payment cycles for 200+ vendors using SAP and Oracle systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and auditing teams for compliance audits
- Maintain organized digital records with zero backlogs
- Support tax documentation and 1099 processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- AP certification (CAPP or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-state vendor payment processing
