Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, coding compliance, and authorization.
- Process and post high-volume invoices into the ERP system (SAP/NetSuite) within SLAs.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries professionally.
- Reconcile accounts payable subsidiary ledgers and monthly statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and reporting.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for specific accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with error-free data entry skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
