Responsibilities
- Process and code high-volume invoices with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform 3-way match reviews to ensure invoice accuracy against purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Enter and reconcile vendor data into ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) with minimal errors.
- Communicate proactively with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Prepare and audit weekly/monthly financial reports and aging schedules.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and account reconciliation.
- Organize and file physical and digital documentation for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 1-2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AP automation tools is a plus.
