- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Execute ACH/wire payments and manage payment cycles
- Collaborate with global teams on financial documentation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Optimize AP workflows using Oracle Financials ERP
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable expertise
- AP certification (CAPP) or bachelor's in Finance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
