Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices within nightly SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage electronic payment systems and ACH processing
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Train night shift AP associates on new processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- AP certification (preferred)
