Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger entries.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) to track financial data.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
