Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume financial transactions during night operations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of all entries.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, general ledgers, and statements.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits and tax filings.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding account discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably within a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
