Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a nightly basis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies in financial data.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
