Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and audits.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects, data analysis, and special reporting tasks.
- Manage payroll processing and expense reporting during the night shift cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a night shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and error prevention.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines without supervision.
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
